Fleet Carrier crew inconsistency?

I don't recall if this was present in Horizons or not, but I've noticed that my bridge crew, Dara Whitfield-Vance, looks different in her weekly expense report than she does in the services section and I was wondering if this was something others had experienced as well?

I do hope the correct portrait is the one from the crew/carrier services tab instead of the expense report though since the crew tab was the one that I chose.

And my commander looks totally different on the station menu than they do on elsewhere.

Just the usual FD breaking things when nothing was actually intentionally changed. Its quite a feat of engineering how they manage it.

It's actually always been that way. I noticed it on the first upkeep message. I'd have reported it but I doubt I'd have gotten 10 votes so I didn't bother.

I'm just impressed the NPCs in the concourse have now stopped changing their hairstyles every time you look away. At least I think they have
