I think you'll find that announcement happens after the '10 minutes until jump' announcement. At least it does for me. Time ... it's complicated :)
Have you noticed that Horn sound effect is glitched also? It speeds up sound effect when entering/exiting hyperspace portal. And ATC is quite after jump, again, compared to Beta 1
 
I vote to roll this patch back immediately. It has so insidiously broken so many other things it should be tossed out. I'd gladly let the starport controllers go back on strike if it meant all of the other new bugs and problems are removed.
 
When you receive a message that your fleet carrier has jumped, the picture of your bridge crew manager is different that what you see in the carrier management screens.
 
Had a strange Carrier Bug right now. Completed a jump. But then the announcer suddenly says "this carrier has scheduled a hyperspace jump" followed by all the other pre-jump-announcements. When she says "this carrier is in pre-flight lockdown" i even get a notification that services are closed, yet i can do everything (since i just completed a jump and haven't told it to jump again). When i disembarked, it suddenly teleported me 17km away, also my FC-paintjob is gone and my ATC voice has been resetted to the standard robot voice. I went on doing my stuff in Supercruise, and now when i want to get back and jump into my FC-Marker, my FC moves away from me in a crazy speed. It stopped ~ 100km away from me. Is it because the System was pretty packed and i had even a 2nd FC in the same instance (~300km away from me)? Very very strange.

Please fix the ability to set prices on stuff like LTD higher then what they are at the moment. FC owners cannot even offer 600k per ton right now, and that makes the whole mineral trader for miners concept dead in the water since no one in their right mind is going to sell a large volume of LTD for so cheap... and even if there are players like that I'd rather offer them something like 90% of best buy, then skin them alive for credits offering like 30%.
 
Its probably been mentioned already but the Carrier paintjob disappears frequently (Low wake is enough I think) so i have to go into livery, remove the paintjob and reapply the painjob again pretty much everytime I drop at my carrier

Yes it does appear they have fixed one thing only to break another.

Not sure if this is an issue with the FC update. I have been going to the Jameson crash site for the last 4 days and while scanning the beacons I only seem to get Adaptive Encryptors Capture, Atypical Encryption Archives and the odd Cracked Industrial Firmware. I haven't seen any other 4 or 5 mats. Is that normal? I thought that it was supposed to spawn random encoded items, not just the same ones over and over.
That's normal, although you should also get a small amount of modified consumer firmware.

I have been going to the Jameson crash site for the last 4 days and while scanning the beacons I only seem to get Adaptive Encryptors Capture, Atypical Encryption Archives and the odd Cracked Industrial Firmware. I haven't seen any other 4 or 5 mats. Is that normal? I thought that it was supposed to spawn random encoded items, not just the same ones over and over.
I've made many runs to the site before the update and those are what I got also. Jameson's to Ray and back, over and over. ... I like to keep all engineering mats at max.

I have a new glitch, i had a shipyard activated with stock that i removed prior to this weeks patch, i now have no shipyard or stock, yet still have ships for sale. Not sure if that has been reported already or not.
 
Seems like the Carrier manteinance is stacking from one week to the next one... ¿anyone else?
Edit: my mistake last week was just half a week... sorry >_<

so now this game is completely unplayable for me, jumped my carrier to T'iensei and now it constantly crashes the executable, no error code, direct ctd. I'm getting real fed up with this crap.

UPDATE

I had to run a game file validation to get it to work again.

Don't know if this has been identified elsewhere: Re Fleet Carriers:

(1) Every time I donate Tritium to my main Commander's FC, by my Alt Commander; I get a crash to Main Menu with 'Black Adder' and unable to connect to transaction server; but the donation has always gone through OK on rebooting.

(2) Again with my Alt Commander onboard my main Commander's FC; when selling mining commodities, all items in the ships inventory/hold gets sold/bought OK; but ANY commodities in the refinery are marked 'STOLEN' when they get moved over to the cargo hold. As I don't have blackmarket on the FC I have to discard the 'Stolen' items (In this case VO's and LTD's... Ok it's only 10 loads lost each time, but that still mounts up to millions lost!)

It's normal, that's how it's always been at Jameson's crash site.
