What games should be re-made at the moment?
I would take my current favorites
X3Terran Conflict. With a more innutive menu and finished capital ship gameplay and fleet gameplay.
a older one, Universal Combat. Just a more innutive UI system and I would try it out.
Elite E4 some how I missed that game that started the genre.
My first was Privateer
The latest Film based Transformer games.
Mercenary's 2
Farcry 2
Stargate Sg1 The Aliance, a canceld game.
For PC ofcourse and DX11 and with tripleA budgeds and time.
If coöp splitsreen I would get a PS3 version to.

Not much.
Add all kinds of bells and whistles, like built in zoom, IR, remote camera drones, up to four weapon systems, jump-jets, 360 degree view and probably the best graphics ever seen in a DOS game. Brought to you by the creators of legendary System Shock.

Not as much of remake as of a sequel. The first game was brilliant, scintillating, overlooked, forgotten gem filled with humour worthy of late Douglas Adams. It also ended with a cliffhanger.

Wow! I'd forgotten all about carrier command.. Really good strategy/action sim.
I was the only guy I knew who had played it. Nice to see someone else remembers it too :smilie:
I remember a game called Laser Squad. That was pretty simple but rather good I think.

I would like to see a Sub War 2050 re-make. Archimedean Dynasty and the Aquanox games had a go at it and are not bad, but the original had great atmosphere. Would be nice to add Elite type trading to it on a world wide ocean. That would be a neat game

Speaking of which, anyone else up for an update of Zarch/Virus on Live/PSN?
He doesn't need to talk to EA about Syndicate. Just give it a new name and slightly different flavor, as he has done with his Populous remake, Godus.
Keep it isometric though and modern day graphical fidelity like torchlight 2. Hell, make it multiplayer and let us battle it out with gauss guns in the streets
Edit : Strangeloop - by virgin games - wow thats a blast from the past. I loved that little game, very engrossing, and hard too.

Yeah Im always rendering 24-7 I am really starting to near the end of production, however it is getting tighter each day to reach my march deadline
