Yeah, it'll be hilarious the first time you boost and Fido goes SPLAT! against the rear bulkhead. Takes cleaning up after your dog to a whole, new level . . . o7
If you can't secure vital ship systems when pets come on board, that's down to your carelessness, isn't it?
Laika wasn't part of my fleet - if it were, it would receive the rank of First Officer and enjoy all the responsibilities and privileges that such a position offers. [big grin]
Not possible, well maybe with high density composites but I know someone whose dog ate through a wall because it was bored!
dogs allowed only if i can eat it when times get tough....... maybe it could be a rare commodity

It looks like filtration, certainly low pressure, but the sign says “FM combination unit”... I demand to know what is going on there?
Probably the sign is for some sort of sender unit?

No, dogs are stupid.
And smelly.
They think they can help, or be useful but all they do is get in the way.
The very idea of having a dog anwhere near a gunnery panel or heaven forbid - life support is utterly ridiculous.
So I say “nay”, NO DOGS ALLOWED!

The dogs will inevitably get nerfed to hampsters because someone will complain their dog is smaller than mine
It's not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog...
Which is why my preferred pooch is a Dachshund - specifically bred to fight badgers in the hole and come out with a kill...
