Beh, per comodità riporto qui quanto detto ma Michael:
Adding languages is determined on a case by case basis and at the moment there are no plans for Italian. However we have been working with some wonderful people in the Spanish community to add Spanish to the game from translations they have provided, so doing the same for Italian could be possible.

We didn't promise any languages during the kickstarter, but we did post in a later newsletter a load of languages we wanted to support. Back then the game was much smaller and we suffered from a little enthusiasm from trying to support so many locales. We'd still love to but there are commercial realities which govern how we prioritise adding new languages. The game currently has 260,000 words, GalNet is another 150,000 and we're adding 5,000-10,000 words per month and even more with the big releases. This makes localisation very expensive, especially as once we do it, we have to keep supporting it. THis is why we're working with communities who want to get their languages added to do so. Spanish is the first experiment for this and can be used for other languages if the communities want to do so.
