How can you tell it's still in Cool-Down? Brookes said Civil War Cool Down is now 3 days.

Did he also say that the cooldown is reduced to 3 days for faction that were in cooldown at the time the change happened?

Regarding missions: We are currently active in 2 systems where our favorite faction (non-expanded) does not own a station. We do not see any positive changes by doing missions or bountyhunting with the new system. We only see positive changes by damaging other factions.

you guys might wanna take a look at micheal brookes comments today on the lugh thread, seems theres an issue with stations flipping ( they are almost at 98% and the stations havent flipped) so theres more bugs in the system that were meant to be fixed, micheal brookes is letting us down massively.

yes ollo,

we already know there are alot issues. and the more we find the better. 98%,90% no flip? so what, once the system will wirk as intended these stations will flip.

no point in telling him of!

actually mr. brooks was away and will get back on track soon.

patience ollo ;)

answers have been very thin on the ground. id say there are maybe some new bugs introduced with 1.1 perhaps that werent there beofre its a wild guess of course but the other thing that ws meant to be fixed and isnt is where the display on hte right panel in space when u first pop up shows statuses, but after some ttime those vanish even though they are there. seems the devs have rebroken some stuff and without any explanation

Looking over the Influence data, it looks like doing missions WAS working between the 14th and maybe up until the 20th or slightly later. We figured the stall was due to opposition actions and/or switching from a mission focus to blockade focus. Maybe this was when this Mission Influence bug cropped up. The only update that looks near the correct date was on the 22nd.

the question is is that mission influence bug still an issue or has it been corrected, we just dont know, well best of luck there in mikunn, the pand group is now approaching 92% influnence in a month a small group of us hae raised it from 55%. However we are one system, dominant faction controls 2 station and the one expansion we had failed to fire. Much smalelr than mikunn. So im following this carefully to maximise our movement once we enter a second system. Theres also a bug with station capture in lugh. Not sure if it relates to mikunn the only comparsion is that minor faction trying to take station - the difference is csg is in their first system and the dukes are post expansion second system

No - the new cooldown time applies to new civil wars.

I've listed some details for a system and faction in ticket #00000039781 where a group of us completed missions resulting in no influence changes in the system for any faction.

The funny thing is that the faction we supported is now in a boom state as a result of the volume of missions we completed without any influence change :)

Like i said. Does this mean for Lugh that we have to wait another two weeks to trigger the next civil for CSG or any other minor faction since the last civil war between the 0.1% factions SN LTD and Lugh Defence Force has ended in the time around the 07.02.2015 (before the three days civil war patch) ?

Are cooldowns minor faction specific or system specific?

No, as posted earlier in the thread there's a bug preventing CSG getting into civil war to flip the system. We're looking into it.

You might want to take a look at
- Enki
- LHS 2687

they might be in a similar situation (non-owning faction being the highest influence one and no civil war appearing).

Although we are currently working in Enki to reduce the spread and seem to be successful in that one.
