PvP Need help - Fer-de-Lance build

Please use the short link tool.
Short link tool? What's that?

Here is my current build:

I changed my mind about Bi-weave shields. They are wonderful.
This build has worked out great for me. I already proved victorious in three PvP battles against some strong opponents.
Efficient Plasma accelerators are kinda hard to land but I've managed to use them effectively in my latest battles. With my agility improved thanks to Drag Drives, I do a better job of aiming them.
I am pretty good when it comes to pip management which really helps me utilize the Bi-weave shield to its full potential. Not only are they strong, but they come back quickly once they are down.

I think you would find this build rather pleasant, so I think it's finally time for me to say this,
Thank you, people, for all your help, you made me realize things that I would have never understood otherwise. I am happy with my build as it is currently, but feel free to point out flaws if it has any.

p.s. I did not apply lightweight engineering to my sensors and life support yet, I will do so in the future.
p.s.s. Don't worry about disabling the FSD, it has Faster Reboot Sequence, it activates in like 1.5 seconds. Also, I really don't want to downgrade it to D class, I want some jump range.

Looks much better.
Using super capacitors on the RA boosters will give a negligible thermal decrease, but benefit all the other categories.
I tend to favor the absolute over the thermal at that level.

Fair points w the fsd etc.
I go A rated, shielded/mass manager on the FSD, and LR on the sensors.
It helps to resolve targets at a distance and I can scan some ships/modules before they can even see me.
