Essential. Perfect model: the best bear in the game right now
It's pretty essential to zoo games for South American representation, but it also works great as a DLC animal. I think it belongs in one of the top two tiers. I view brown bears, pandas, polar bears, and at least one black bear as the core bear lineup, but the spectacled is next for regional rep and its iconic markings.
Tbh I agree with the deluxe placement for the wallaby in a way, it's close though. But I think the kangaroo and emu deserve that leg up and the Tassie devil is a good oddball. As for the spectacled bear, yea save for DLC as there is more important bears that should be in the base game first.
Same as before South America = essential.
At least more essential than the asiatic black bear and himilayan brown bear.

I actually placed this one in Essential. I think it goes without saying that SA needs rep in the PZ2 base game and with this one already having a good model and generally well known it makes for a good oddball in the base game imo.

Essential for base game. All three penguins are essential, with the king being our only cold climate species (and the cold climate species IMO), the little blue being the only warm/mild climate/outdoor species kept in Oceania, and the African being the rest of the world's warmer climate species. I guess I wouldn't mind saving the king to headline a DLC down the line if I had to cut one, but both of the outdoor kept penguins are musts for the base game.

Essential. Is the penguin out of the three we have that is the most useful and common in zoos. Is the one that should be in the base game. A penguin is essential and among the options this is the one we should get.

Essential, don't really care for this penguin as I like Rockhoppers and Blue Penguins much more, but still they are essential.
