Sooooo. I was doing PTN booze cruise up at Rackham's Peak this weekend and boy, this the PS5 did not like.
Lots of CMDRs in system on all platforms, full Fleet Carriers jumping around.
Equals lots of CE-108255-1s. I think there is some network incompatibility going on. When it's polling something.
Crashes happen between SC jumps and drops and when accessing menus.
Not good. Definitely the worst I've had it.
To be honest everyone on all platforms were complaining of bugs, docking permission refused on Fleet Carriers which should have allowed squadron members, pads broken at Rackham's which refused to allow docking when clear, people getting stuck in SC tunnels etc etc.Should be interesting to find out how the other platforms fared in there at the same time.
Yeh the last few weeks have definitely been worse for me too.I’ve found it a lot worse in the last week or so - 2 or 3 crashes per play session. Now, I have been hanging out in a couple of systems with lots of Fleet Carriers (chasing Imp Rep ...) but, even, so ...
Glad you don't have many issues. Unfortunately for me. Many. But, it's just Elite and highly dependant where I am.I don't have more crashes on PS5 than I had on PS4
I hate those error codes. I wish they revealed more detailed info as to why it crashed.
Yeh it's really useful to the end user.....How do you know it doesn't? I guarantee those 11 characters are more than decorative.

Google them, they basically tell you your ps4 crashed. They give no info as to why or what caused it.How do you know it doesn't? I guarantee those 11 characters are more than decorative.
Pretty much this. I think they should have spent some time splitting this generic code down a little personally as it can mean anything from the software has an issue to your console is broken.Google them, they basically tell you your ps4 crashed. They give no info as to why or what caused it.
Of course google doesnt. Its not available on Google because that information is not for consumption by the general public. This is a classic example of the customer wanting to know more, even though they are not qualified or have the capability to do anything with that information.Google them, they basically tell you your ps4 crashed. I think knowing 'is my console broken' or 'is it a software issue' is not an unreasonable ask as a customer personally.Of course google doesnt.
