WHEN IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO GET KILLED WITHOUT LOOSING EVERYTHING !!!! That CUSTOMER ATTITUDE SERVICE is pushing out players that are tired of restarting again and again...

I’ll give a chance to Beyond but no more ED frankly -months and months playing can be erased by some stupid bug -missions that puts you in risk- or by squads that only want is to kill everybody.

IT COULD BE ANSWER BY YOU?
Dude, it’s 2020... save slots?? 2020 man, come on!
Your post is like “if you go out you can be killed by a hit car”. Yes, but is not a funny thing at all.

Nobody lose if restarting doesn’t come with losing everything you have worked for neither any player get an advantage... you need to think much bigger when you want to see your lovely game get grown up, solid and hooking up every week to their community... as DESTINY 2, for example

what are you yammering on about? Have you even bothered watching tutorials or learning basics of the game? CLEARLY you haven't.

The save slots are in game. its called REBUY. The only thing you lose is whats in your cargo. Be happy this isnt eve online where the rebuy only pays for a portion of your ship, NOT the modules installed. This is a simple concept yet clearly its eluded you.

Greetings Commanders,

Firstly, we'd like to thank you for your continued patience and support with the Pulse Wave Analyser issue. The challenges of working from home while also developing the largest ever expansion for Elite Dangerous have resulted in a far slower turnaround on this than we'd have liked.

That being said, we're glad to confirm that a fix for the Pulse Wave Analyser will come in a patch on Wednesday 16 December. We understand how important this issue is to the Elite Dangerous community, and will endeavor to fix similarly important issues as quickly as possible moving forward.

Thanks once again for your understanding.

Brilliant, thank you! Just heard on Twitter.
A very merry Christmas to everyone at FDev and every other commander.

All well and good a fix has been announced, but it might be better to wait & see what that fix brings, and what it breaks. My top 3:

1) Every time a roid is struck by a PWA ping, it increases its spin rate by 200mp/s

2) Using the PWA on a core roid gives a 10% chance for it to spontaneously combust

3) Using the PWA gives a 5% chance to summon an NPC pirate, just to keep folks on their toes ;)

Then buffs especially for you:
1) When you enter the game, 500 million are debited from your account
2) When leaving the station with a 50% chance, your ship explodes
3) If you successfully flew, then there is a 10% chance that the battle cruiser of the enemy faction will fly right next to the station and you will be the only target.
4) something else ...

Huzzah! Bravo!

It's like it's Christmas.

Thank you for giving some attention to this ... personally I could not step lighthearted into Odyssey with something like this still lingering.

Going to the store now!

Suppose we'll see tomorrow.

I wonder if we`ll end up needing any patches to fix the patch?

They broke it 'by mistake' a patch or 3 ago

I would love to sit with a frontier developer and get him or her to walk me through some of the mining code. I expect It would make every play session feel like like a little Christmas miracle that it even works at all.

Apparently including not broken at all. I've not seen any glitches since the reports started cropping up

Agreed - some people report that they don't notice any difference at all. From my experience, there does seem to be a lag effect, say 30secs to a minute, before the PWA picks anything up. But, for me, there are a lot less glowing roids that it is picking up. Whether that's a problem with the PWA or the amount of 'hotties' have been reduced, is anyone's guess.
