No, it's a module that can be bought and fitted, but you need to do Guardian related stuff first. You'll also need quite a bit of Guardian materials and a module blueprint as well.
If you go to Inara, click the 'Outfitting' on the left, then click 'Technology Broker' just below it, then change the selection from 'Human' to 'Guardian Modules' you'll see what you need to get one.
As has been said previously, Inara is a valuable resource, and of course these forums.

When I compared my build to the specs in coriolis they were different. If I stuck to the recommended build spec my light year range goes down. They were close but not exact.

The difference might be in the engineering specs.

Hi CMDR's

Im getting seriously fed up of the python as I cant for the life of me get it to go past 14ly jump range. Ive engineered it, stripped it bare and it just wont budge past 14.

can someone please point me in the right direction as to what im doing wrong or have I hit the limit wih it. keeping it bare it will do 14 as I start adding things back it drops to about 11-12

I saved up hard grind to buy it and I feel its about time to ditch it for something else

please help
