Still holding on to the hope that they'll revisit integrity, paintwork etc and link it to reputations, missions and law enforcement. This does sound like the old costs somehow slipped back in though, least for the w&t.

How does it affect hoarding in any way? The only thing we can hoard are ships and yo can only fly one at a time =-I I have no problem with integrity incurring a cost, but it would be better if it linked to interesting gameplay. That, as with that certain 10% change, was always my point.

No, it's just a tax on using purchased goods. In a game where creds and flow of goods are endless, it makes complete sense. Also voids hoarding a bit.
