Desk was also built by me using a plain wood top that I burned with a blowtorch, sanded off, and then coated in a smooth sealant. Plain and simple but quite beautiful if I do say so myself.
It's also usually quite a bit darker in the room... had to open the blackout curtains and let some light in to get a decent picture.

Yep.
I was thinking of the mad conversions some people have done for webcams and stuff. So you can see a video feed in ASCII format.
Awesome stuff. Totally useless but awesome.
I don't have a tv yet though. I get my family to mime what's happening through the medium of interpretive dance.

I'll probably be getting Voice Attack at some point as well.

As an aside, what's the rationale behind spoiler tags all the time? Since it has no effect on users bandwidth at all, other than temporary page formatting I can't see why it's such a "thing"?

My setup is nowhere near as cool as some of the ones I've seen on here. I'd love to put together a little cockpit style simbox, but just don't have the room. I don't even have room for a proper desk.
It's an i7 3770k with a H100i cooler, 16gb of 2133mhz memory, an MSI Z87-GD65 motherboard, and an overclocked MSI GTX770 graphics card. All wrapped up in an NZXT Phantom 410 case that had blue leds that I hated, so I ripped out the stock fans, and even pulled the hyper bright blue power led and replaced with red.

There's some nice setups here! I'm ever so slightly envious of the proper tri-screen setups
This is my humble livestreaming studio.. (click for large version)
Left screen: OBS, Task Manager, a network monitor and stream preview and Twitch chat window (not visible in the photo).
Middle screen: er, the game
Right: Trusty old Macbook Pro for browsing the web/forums and Twitch chat backup, along with current E: D stream list for shout outs to those I know.
PC tower is out of view bottom left (specs below for anyone who cares).
I'm planning to get a single-level end-wall desk fitted and then mount the acoustic foam on each wall to fill in the gaps.

Yeah good old Dropbox. Thanks that's an old photo though, my desk is far to messy now to be shown in public.
