Aw, cute! I think I kind of remember that show. Here we have a show called The Secret Life of the Zoo - and it's all about the animals and behind-the-scenes work at Chester Zoo. Sometimes London Zoo also do special one-off shows, like at Christmas time. It's quite fun because you get to know the animals and their stories so when you visit the zoo you feel more connected to them, like when I visited LZ in the spring, I was really interested to see how Kiburi the male gorilla was settling in with his new family after watching how carefully they introduced him over a slow period before xmas. And I knew that the sloth had had a baby called Nova
Aside from that I watch all the David Attenborough stuff. Which reminds me - Once when I saw an Attenborough programme in America it was dubbed with an American voiceover and focused on the predation and really ramped the violence up by repeating the footage and having the voiceover guy get really enthusiastic?! That's not the spirit of Attenborough! But I wondered if it had to do that in America to compete with all the alpha stuff on Discovery? Grrr, Big Man Catch Big Fish etc. Do you know if you get the same version of the Planet Earth series?
