Agreed! The only problem (aside from slogging through the menus) is that we won'tI think we should get all Tiger subspecies because there will be a better variety to choose from rather than just 3.

When I said WE for the Snowy Owl I meant something like this.I don't know why we'd get a pack with two extra habitat animals, two whales, a squid that is probably outright impossible to keep in captivity, and a flying bird that definitely should not be in a walkthrough aviary.
What?Agreed! The only problem (aside from slogging through the menus) is that we won't![]()
I won't say anything is impossible, but I find this very unlikely. The only things I could potentially see that are expansion sized at this point is Marine animals and Avian pack. Neither of which I think are going to happen. Now, if the spring pack were to indeed be the final pack, I could see it being up to 10 animals, sort of as a larger than normal send off, for the area of the world that needs extra animals the most.Do you guys think that a Latin America Expansion Pack is possible, taking after Zoo Tycoon 2 with a pack of 20 species, many could be animals that don't really require new rigs, so let's see what this roster looks like:
Are you saying that we get multiple animals for the Anniversary of Planet Zoo?I think tiger subspecies (and subspecies in general) all take up "DLC slots."
...so unfortunately the community is against them as a whole.
I'm not, I'd like a bunch of subspecies for the Anniversary animal!
If an animal has a similar shape to an existing animal in the game, then it would be a clone. Like the Sunda Clouded Leopard & the South American Sea Lion.I wish we could even if they are what everyone dismisses as "clones."
Me too and I’ve just built them an enclosure in my new zoo.I want the Sumatran Tiger too! So that makes three of us![]()
I think so too.I think a carnivore is a strong possibility.
Agreed it definetly could be a carnivore, i wouldn’t be excited about the tiger though, it’s a take or leave it kinda thing for me. I would prefer the Bat Eared Fox or Ethiopian Wolf, mainly cause I want to see how far they’ve improved from the 2 other wolves.Following a primate and ungulate, I think a carnivore is a strong possibility.
Bat - Eared Fox is better off in a Safari Animal Pack. I prefer the Indian Wolf over the Ethiopian Wolf.Agreed it definetly could be a carnivore, i wouldn’t be excited about the tiger though, it’s a take or leave it kinda thing for me. I mean both the Ethiopian and Indian wolves are similar to the ones we have. The Indian wolf is very similar to the timber wolf, whereas the Ethiopian is like a slightly more orange dhole with different markings.Bat - Eared Fox is better off in a Safari Animal Pack. Safari Animal Pack:
- Coke's Hartebeest.
- Olive Baboon.
- Bat - Eared Fox.
- African Leopard.
- Secretary Bird.
- Arabian Oryx.
- Impala.
- Black Mamba Snake [E].
Indian Wolves are more skinnier.I mean both the Ethiopian and Indian wolves are similar to the ones we have. The Indian wolf is very similar to the timber wolf, whereas the Ethiopian is like a slightly more orange dhole with different markings.
Red Wolf has a bigger tail.Indian Wolf looks very much like a red wolf! Remove the very different context of where the animal is found and you would be hard-pressed to tell a red wolf from an Indian wolf...
Oh wow that's cool. It makes some sense considering that they may have lived in colder climates at some point. I just wonder how reliable it is: i.e. does every red wolf have a bigger tail than the average Indian wolf's tail?Red Wolf has a bigger tail.

Do y'all realize how easy it'd be to get 2 or even 3 subspecies of wolf, without necessarily taking any slots away?Red Wolf has a bigger tail.

I'd like to think it's possible, but even if we accept that a carnivore is likely, I don't feel like a third tiger is. Not after we got the red deer last year, and even the lemur was 'more' than a third tiger would be in terms of uniqueness.Actually I don’t think it’s impossible for an anniversary animal. Following a primate and ungulate, I think a carnivore is a strong possibility.
I feel like that would be something they would do for the 5 year anniversary. A free (or half price) 8 animal pack that includes the simplest of simple reskins.I still think my "Variety Pack" idea has merit. It'll never happen, but I'd like it. A DLC full of reskins
