No monkey in a forest pack that includes rainforests is kinda a dealbreaker for me.

The Rat is the exhibit animal. The Blue Tree Monitor is a habitat animal along with the Macaw.

Consider the aviary to be a habitat. Like this for instance. A habitat with something at the top so that the Bird can't fly away.
I would totally buy this and just for the Brazilian Porcupine.

Macaws are surprisingly dangerous. So I don't think it would be wise putting them in a WE.
