What better way to finally give north america than its most iconic bird, big lol if that happens to everyone outside NA complaining they can't use it for realism.

As much as I want the bald Eagle, I would do a flying bird pack with the most universally usable birds. But yeah, of every zoo I could make a North America zoo with no bald eagle feels the weirdest.
For funsies this is what I would do for flying birds:
- Golden eagle
- Griffon vulture
- Snowy owl
- Scarlet Macaw
- Toco toucan
- Indian hornbill
- Kookaburra

- Scarlet ibis
- Sulphur crested cockatoo
- Bee eaters
- Gouldian finches
- Inca terns
- Weaver birds

Let's be optimistic and think we are going to continue getting more DLCs. What about a Jungle animal pack?

While one flying bird is far from enough, I still find it much better than none. Unless it is a really obscure choice of species.
I can't imagine any other type of exhibit animal that would offer you more when it comes to new ways of building and reusability.
