I wouldn't hate a domestics/"farm" pack particularly if it comes with some good scenery, but I'm kind of hoping for an islands/coastal pack because I think that has the ability to introduce more novel mechanics. Maybe it's a bit silly to hope for this late in the game's development cycle, but what I really want from updates at this point is new game mechanics that give folks more freedom to build and play. For a coastal/island pack, I could see them adding aquatic only habitats or something similar, which would be a gamechanger--similar to how they added walkthrough exhibits in the Twilight Pack. I just can't see a similarly impactful mechanic being added with a domestics pack aside from something like a petting zoo, which we kind of already have with walkthrough habitats anyway. Also, maps. Please, for the love of god, give me a relatively flat island/coastal map with an unobtrusive skirt. I want to build a cute little beachside zoo so, so badly.
tl;dr my main issue with a domestics pack is that I can't envision an interesting game mechanic to go with it--and even with scenery, I'm struggling to think of any major gaps in a 'farm' aesthetic that haven't been covered by previous DLCs aside from like, hay bales. But who knows--maybe I'm just not thinking outside the box enough and we'll get a domestics pack with a super cool new mechanic, or a coastal pack with no mechanic, or something else entirely. Guess we'll have to wait and see!
