Finis suggestion about textures being somewhat more interesting than props I wholeheartedly support.
I really liked the concept of the Conservation pack scenery being focused on sustainability, and absolutely wouldn't mind new pieces of a similar vein.
One example is rammed earth, a very interesting sustainable building method (and a very interesting texture, especially if it would be a flexicolour piece):
I'd also be down for rusted iron panels and walls.
