I'm sure the 5 people who still play jwe2 are really excited!
It has nothing to say. If we get a Scenery Pack they could Just use the older pattern and announcement would be next week. The 11th surely could be possible. I think the

Well, exactly south american was released in easter wekk 2020.
I politly disagree, eventhough theirs nothing wrong with the warty pig on its own, it is heavily outcompeted for both an island pig and an indonesian ungulate by the kuneku pig and the lowland anoa, as the babirusa fullfills the same niche while getting a nice boost by the anoa, giving us two different indinesian and even more specific sulawesi ungulates instead of just 2 pigs.
And for pigs, the kuneku pig gives us a colorfull new zealand domestic that has been brought back by zoos in an effort to keep this breed alive. Also domestic whoop whoop
I just dug up the dates and there's usually about ~1 week between JWE2 announcing and releasing the packs. Late Cretaceous was super short but it's definitely not the norm. There's also not as much overlap as I thought between the two games and their announce/release cycles. There's been three points with overlap:
So there's no real pattern to speak of as far as the intermingling of JWE2 and Planet Zoo DLCs. But we're definitely still in for an annoubncement soon given the continued activity on the SteamDB page, the whole "Easter" thing, and so forth.
EDIT: Sorry, that post was probably overkill. I just really like digging into and observing patterns. Haha.
- December 2021: JWE2 Early Cretaceous (12/1 - 12/9) / PZ Europe (12/7 - 12/14)
- Summer 2022: JWE2 Dominion Biosyn (5/27 - 6/14) / PZ Africa (6/8 - 6/21)
- December 2022: JWE Dominion Malta (11/29 - 12/8) / PZ Grasslands (12/2 - 12/13)

HEY !! I’m only 29 years old !!To be honest the JWE player demographic seems to be much younger than the PZ one. They are mostly located on Discord/Reddit rather than on Forums.

If spring dlc is animal pack, frontier may not have enough time to reveal the contents if the dlc is launched before easter
There is still enough time If we should get aan announcement until the end of the week. But I am also the opinion that a Scenery Pack is the most likely DLC because we got an animal Pack for Winter.
IIRC there have been teases at least 12pm eat on Tuesdays in the past

and yeah guys... we just talked about it there are still 3 whole days for frontier to give something.. maybe tomorrow or Thursday frontier will do an announcement for Free Update and with that they will reveal that later we will have a
Special Livestream .. We give up so quickly lol. probably tomorrow new DLC for JWE2 would announce but it doesn't mean it will release this week or because that frontier wouldn't announce DLC & update for PZ. they did it with the last DLC (Grasslands Animal Pack) that frontier announce Dominion Malta Expansion on the 29th of November and also in this day they added to the streaming schedule the Special Livestream so it's still very possible that frontier will do the same that tomorrow they will announce new DLC for JWE2 and or they will add to the streaming schedule the Special Livestream or in Thursday they will announce the Update and with that they will announce the Special Livestream or it would be in friday and next week they will do the Special Livestream and the new DLC, like as they did with Wetlands. or just it would be next week.PLS guys we need to stop panicking so much, I'm pretty sure frontier know what they're doing lol. We just have to wait and I promise you it will come.

Have they ever done their special livestream on the same day as another game's previously announced stream? I genuinely don't know, but if not, that really limits the possible stream days to Thursday and the announcement day to tomorrow. It's looking increasingly like the special livestream will be next week - I'd almost go as far as saying it's certainly not going to be this week
Not sure how frequently it's happened, but it's definitely happened before. Not with JWE2 that I know of (which makes sense), but definitely with the other games on the schedule for this week.
