The image appears, and stays there when I save the edit, then I come back a few minutes later and the image link is gone.

Hmmm... Could DeviantArt be blocked? That would be sad. Do any of the other media links work?

You need to link a .jpg or .png file, not a link like you tried to!
Strange that my FDL image is still up on the previous page, I linked that the same way as I'm trying to do now, but that one is still there.

We'll see. There are three sizes that you can zoom in to and link with on DA Stash, I might have been using the wrong one. I've gone back to the smallest size so hopefully that'll sort the problem out.
Excellent! Continue Cmdr !Damn it's been a long time since I posted anything on here, almost 100 pages ago I think! I blame SPVFA for indoctrinating me in to their ranks, like some sort of camera-obsessed space cult. Anyway, I've started this new theme of images that I call #FrameShift, a play on words as I compose them to have the ship shift out of the frame of the image. I do like a good pun now and then.

They are all uploaded to DA at full resolution, but it appears that if I try to link to the full size versions the link deletes itself after a while. I'll look in to other image hosting options...Excellent! Continue Cmdr !

Wow, how I'd love to enjoy this and the other little ships outside of SLF context. Even if it meant being unable to jump outside of a system...Bought my very first fighter. Yay.
Try the Type-10 now. I'm having to stick with DA for now as these are large PNG files, and it looks like if I use any other hosting service, they get compressed back to JPG and I lose the transparency.

I actually use mine just as exploration vessels. Checking out surface POI's etc. Really handy, escpecially now, as I turned my Type-10 Defender into an exploration ship
Shame the SLF's don't carry Data Link Scanner, I still have to land if I want to scan downed beacons and such.
But here's to hope we'll get utility SLF's sometime in the future.
