Make sure your pics are smaller than 1MB or they'll error out.
You can use a program like GIMP or GraphicsMagick to achieve these results. I used the latter on mine and I got good results from it.
Kind of sad that there's a 1MB limit on pic sizes, though.
File size limits are a little small. An image editor to convert the pictures to a smaller file format like jpg may help.
Using something like Imgur to host the files (it’s free) and then using direct image links works for me.
