The moon is called Scheau Byoe WG-C C13-324 2 B (the system name in orange). It's located in the Izanami Region, maybe a wee bit off of the common trading routes. But those type of canyons and ravines seems to be a thing among the rocky ice worlds.

I did capture a little clip flying in those ravines before taking the screenshots. I was checking out a geo location and decided to do the aforementioned sightseeing while I was at it.
The sound levels are really low, my Shadowplay audio settings were all out of whack.

Great atmosphere.
Oddly enough I recently came across a similarly razor ridge infested world.

Landed, revealing loney, icy canyons

Further across the dark half you find a low level greenish mist.

It seems to glow slightly and reminds me of Thargoids.

Also contained gaseous outcrops jetting from the side of very high jagged formations.

The surface also had some spectacularly tall and sharp mountain peaks.
