Shame it is still only a small part of the community, one would have thought that with such an issue many more would have taken the time to log back in and make their protest of it, as far as I see here the numbers are still pitifully low.

Oh well at least we have a good working definition of “chump change” : the ARX that are left over after you are forced to buy a “pack” of fake currency to buy a cosmetic item which costs substantially less than the minimum pack you can purchase.
Unless you are using the free arx you can earn in-game. By the way, anyone who feels forced to buy cosmetics immediately needs to stop playing video games, go and see a doctor.

I don't really care about the Arks, it is just ridiculeous... But the delivery quality, the lack of content and constant non improvment of existing components is tiring and shameful... And people are still defending, that I don t understand. And that is why I am saying FD is eating on ELite game past fame for ED.
This game just became a cheap empty sandbox cashfront for fanboys and developed by ........ ! Even my daughter of 2 years old could do better work than them. And the fact it still ongoing after each releases just show how much pride thet must have in their work.

If you earned it, then it ain’t free. The fact that we aren’t forced to do something, or to buy something, does not suddenly make that thing automatically good and beyond reproach. You’re going to have to do better than making appeals to the mere absence of violent coercion. Like, OK, congratulations you have proven that Arx is not the WORST thing in all of human existence. In other words you have convinced nobody of anything at all, because nobody thinks that. Now try telling me why it’s GOOD, or better yet, an improvement over what we had before.

It was an entirely reasonable argument. You are earning the "free" arx by spending your time in game. Most people think their time is worth something.
Up until the last update i wasnt on a crusade against frontier and im still not. I just have a problem with game companies in general flying under the radar of standard ethical business practices. Arx is a scam to obscure the real cost of items being purchased, in any other industry, in most first world countries, this would very likely be prosecuted as criminal.
I also have a problem with spending 200$+ on ED software and cosmetics and the money being spent to produce the bug ridden, abysmal quality that seems to be frontiers forte.
Taken together, the above add up to incompetent scammers and do i have a problem with incompetent scammers? You bet.
Of course that is better than competent scammers, if they were good at it, one might actually be tempted to give them money

Even then, we've already got the notion that 50 cents per week in free ARX is considered to be a cost of advertising to get you to buy "just the remaining". It's a trigger for action. You got 400 arx? buy the bundle you need to get the ones you need now.
