Personally I skipped the Inhabited as they've seen some residual activity i'm afraid, but, for what it's worth --

HR 2204 has been hit-and-miss for me, no missions then if I go and do something else for a bit and come back they appear, thought it was probably a bug. Not just me it sounds like.
I've checked 3 different systems and even moved my carrier once trying to find some, all in low progress systems (Holvandalla, Jawul and a HIP xxxxx I forget); no luck.
After the fix and corrections, T. Hadad seems to be back onto the completion course from just prior to update 18.04, becoming vulnerable on 23rd May 3310. My original schedule was for 30th May 3310, but Commanders advanced so many systems over the last two weeks that it has moved forward by one week!
Now that the update 18.04 mess is all sorted, I am looking at the feasibility of finishing the @Grimscrub order for Col 285 Sector QM-B b14-4 on the Invicta in Col 285 Sector QM-B b14-2; it seems to be 6000 remaining thus should have well over half, although 6000 will be a lot to finish then deliver 14000 if it is only us collecting cargo.
Is there anyone else around interested in helping to finish it, or would it be as well just to get the Spire done then fly the Python 2 around a bit?
Additional: Holding off tentatively; I am moving our equipment next to the Invicta, and we will not be so far away that we cannot rejoin quickly if anyone else is interested in finishing it, but the fact at present is that we have not the time to complete the remaining 5400. A bit unfortunate, given that harvesting there yesterday was impossible!

Looking over, error on the buy order, total would have ended up at 11k, ~5500/14000, nowhere near - that's my bad, was half conscious when reopening it. buy order upped but, not a priority.
At present, working at US-Z b14-7 towards getting the HIP 31223 spire finished, as its progress had rolled back down with the correction. Latest reading '"WarProgress":0.947995', so, decent chance of blocking the alert/securing the spire.

Wonderful; many thanks to all helping the Spire completion! I shall bring the 64 limpets Scout-removing Cutter for a while, especially while several modules destined for the Python 2 are transferring from a suspiciously long and inexplicable distance.
It is well that the order was just about high enough for us to call Sunk Cost Fallacy upon attempting to complete it; hopefully the amount present can form part of an experiment next week! At some risk of attracting attention to the system, one option is:
- Deliver all but 2100, keeping a retained 15%.
- Observe whether Frontier reinstates the Spire progress beyond 85%.
- Deliver the remainder either way, then observe whether Frontier reinstates the rolling periphery.

Checked in with folk on server - one of the XSF folk volunteered an alt so, [XSF] Omumba Samples will be heading for Bi Dhorora shortly after the servers come back up.
Seems like they're using the full maintenance window today. Will get the Invicta over to chuck the excess samples in as described when I can get in-game.

Notes:- Unless recent rule-changes are reinstated, only 85% peripheral progress is needed this week.
- Most Commanders are attacking Col 285 Sector US-Z b14-7 to achieve this.
- Direct progress in peripheral systems can wait until they reach 85%; with steep strength, some non-peripheral progress may be possible in the meantime.
- By all means post if you are completing a system, and whether an open Carrier order is involved.
- The planned/extra clearance will leave two/one Control in week 78, with the option to clear it or to attack the Titan. See below for other outcomes!

Mind that Omumba depends much on the Titan rescue response this week! It has 440 strength in stored rescues already.
I noticed that happens when they change war-related things—it occurred after each Titan explosion, and also when M. Oya decided it had extra forces from nowhere.
Sadly extended maintenance means they had to head off-game, the Omumba Samples' deployment may be delayed.
Looking like its this week or not at all far as any ambitious targets, and my carrier's tied up with this-week samples... hm. well, will relay any carrier deployments from/to the discord as usual.

If you wish, I have opened a special 2100 order for you at INV. Wrath of Winter H2V-L3V to store the 15% portion for later, parked just the other side of the star from the Invicta!

Roger, logging back on & getting the cutter to shift now. Had forgotten to close the buy order so now have 6083 Total, will give you the 2100 then go sell the rest to a rescue ship thereafter.
