The 5 min carrier jump cooldown is killing me. Poll: Need to change to 1min? Removed?

Well, fleet carriers should affect systems activity, they should be using commodities instead of payments if you select it's own type of carrier, and those changes, be permanent or very costly, so you can have pirate bases all around and no decommision, but also should be out of the influence of the bubble, over 1kLY, maybe more, who knows.

Also, cooldown timer should be 1-7 days. And jump range, x2 or x3 with CR paid updates. They should spawn A LOT of ships around the system, according to the carriers player visitor number.

They just lied to me so hard about the "carrier" types.
