I'm not a geneticist, so forgive my ignorance, but IIRC this means a single fetus was used for the development but not the actual production of the vaccine, kinda like the "mother" of a vinegar or yogurt culture, yes? In other words, the vaccine doesn't require a steady stream of fetuses as "raw material" to produce en masse.
That's correct. A grand total of two human fetuses have been used, and neither was originally aborted for that purpose.

There is still 'human' material in some of these vaccines, but I'm not sure why that would be more disturbing than there being virus material in there. Of course, there are all sorts of taboos that I cannot wrap my mind around..

First of I don't believe this to be as far fatched as some other conspiracies like Flat Earth or 5g.
There's that prince and Epstein at least and currently in the news is rumors of Hunter Biden's laptop and pictures of underage girls etc.

I assume pretty much every public figure (and most of the private ones) are rapists who aren't particularly discerning about the ages of their targets, but those are generally very much individual or casual group social behaviors. The conspiracy theory is far fetched because anyone with enough money for takeout can go to the corner of any red-light district in almost any city on the planet and find underage girls for sale, while taking advantage of opportunistic encounters is even easier. No one
needs to be part of any secret club, much less part of the
same secret club. No doubt there are occasional exceptions, but they are just that, and they aren't anywhere near as pervasive as the underlying behaviors cited.
People just like to see patterns and plots where there are none and refuse to accept the banality of 'evil'. The world isn't any better than these nutjobs presume, but it is way less coordinated.
