Quick question. If I upgrade my Artemis suit from 3 to a 4 using an engineer do the modifications (night vision and extra battery life) on the Artemis 3 still remain on the Artemis 4 suit?

Yes modifications persist as you upgrade the suit grades, also there is currently no way to remove a modification once it has been applied to the item, suit or weapon.

Colonia may have less pre-engineered (unless it gets bought quickly) but the engineer unlocks are so much easier than in the bubble.
