So it seems that HG sent out a buggy update ?? And MS picked that up ?? Who heard of a games company pushing out stuff which isn't ready ?? It's not just Fdev

Water landing is not free to all ships upgrade boo
you need to pay 75 nanites and then install the upgrade on every ship that needs to be able to hover over water.
but once again, you need to go swimming to have the option to not sink in to the water. That you just went in to collect the crystals. boo.

I was surprised to find that the "runner" prior expedition reward seems to need the aqua-jets addon too - I think they made a boo-boo as it already hovers:
Very cool ship, I've envied over a few in the anomaly.
It is really very capable, now my go-to ship in place of the Utopia Speeder (from the Utopia exped some time ago).

The infested status of planets has been restored to how it was pre-Worlds. Newly infested planets will become un-infested, and previously infested planets will be restored as such.

“Infested” is a biome subtype which can overlay the normal planet biomes - it gives twisted, infected flora and plenty of Whispering Eggs / Biological Horrors. The Worlds update incorrectly applied the infested status on some worlds and removed it from others - this has now been corrected.

Just wait a couple of weeks and then cruise through and get all the free stuff . Unfortunately I am bugged already my most aggressive animal was scanned but not documented ??
You talking about Apex unlock.
Explains why it was so easy to find them on console if the PC clients can't claim them.
I jumped in a system just before number 3 and there was a planet named 12.0 apex predator mantis like and scanned it its named" the one grah !! " But on my wonders I only have a 8.9 and it's a different animal . I'm sure we had an issue like this before for poisonus blood a few expeditions back ??
I decided to just jump in the exped with a new save, (no stuffz via the exped terminal) - it is a bit underwhelming really. Looking at the exped rewards I think I am probably not even going to bother completing it - I mean, people are sick if they want to dress up like an insect in my opinion. 
I'm going to admit I had brought in my ship but some of the modules were damaged after a small altercation with sentinels I had 9 attack I killed a ot 20+ and I still had 9 and the sentinel battle ship was invisible though I could bounce off. So I needed cadmium and emerium? And only realised at the end that I have repair kits 
. So I've picked up a couple of new pets which I like the look of but 2 days and that's the expedition is finished . I did have issues with vicious apex but managed to find another . Not 100% sure about the water it looks good but there are issues . In scanner mode it flickers which was giving me a headache . I play on series X 4K and really haven't noticed that much difference in the graphics ?? But I am old . Not sure if you have to unlock the other heads in the expedition or it's in normal play ? . Now just waiting for the hated community goals . I know the reason because it's makes the expedition longer but it's not my fav.
Overall a fun expedition will wait for part 2

I'm not getting the extra headgear for some reason ? I looked it up and you get given it after killing the boss bug but I've killed about 30 + so far with no avail with the 4 still locked ??
I can't find the nexus mission that is meant to send you after the Mothers to get the gear... so likely still got game bugs as its not showing up.
