Nine seasons though. That's a hell'uva run for a western cartoon.

Yes. We were talking about it with Jenner, lately.
It was awesome while it lasted and cutting the show and coming up with something fresh is definitely better than forcing new seasons and kind of watching it do to crap.

And I'm mostly rewatching the first three seasons, anyway. .D

That is health and safety. It means that if you reach at least these temperatures, the food is safe to consume as it destroys bacteria and other potential disease carriers and toxic substances (molds etc.)
But if you actually try eating a chicken that has been cooked at 74°C you'll realize it's crap. Or it would have to be in the all day. :D

I'm no chef, but I figured anything above 100 Cº is enough to be cooked (as long as it actually gets to that temperature for long enough). I intentionally use low fire to cook pouched eggs to avoid cooking the yellow part (I don't remember the names) but to cook the upper parts of the white/transparent part.

Nonono. The meat internal temperature.
If you heat the chicken up to 400° C through and through, it's burned crisp if not totally ash.
If you heat it to 90° C it's thoroughly well done.
