Whiny people on forums

You're whining over whining people ? xD

Besides, a game forum is exactly made for that, whine, so that Devs can identify what is their issue and then decide what they will do about that (or won't).

Getting told to deliver to a new station in a different system, then going there realising you need all that expensive and bulky scanning equipment to find the new station because it's 'unexplored'. Traders/couriers are not explorers. If they want you to take the goods to a new location they should supply the relevant data to find said location.

Isn't that why they added the scan of a nav beacon to get the local system data? I do agree that a mission should at least give you the correct address even when they change the destination - not the whole system wouldn't be a problem.

Most pirate hunt missions now the targets will only appear in supercruise and not at any nav/res site, meaning if you have to destroy 40 ships you will have to do 40 interdictions.

Their issue is, that they never learned proper communication, but that's not something the Devs can fix.

A fact based but critical discussion about topics would save everyone a lot of time. But I guess putting a lot of drama into the own point of view to get that special treatment worked somewhere sometime.

It was always like that, and it's ok if they need that time to focus on their work instead of keeping us on page, but i'd really like them to simply admit that the RNGineer is a big failure, and say to us:

"ok, maybe their is far too much RNG involved in every aspect of the engineers, we admit that this very last call to make a roll at the end of the road was far too much and will make the result far more solid to avoid our customers to loose dozens of hours for no reward at all"

Trust me if they do that, everyone will come back, and fast.

As for the mission stuff in game being slow, it's something we're checking into to get fixed.

As for general slowness, relax a bit - the game isn't meant to be a rush. :)

Hi Brett

I have to say that the pace of gameplay as it has been designed is absolutely fine, but the 2.1 tortuous server lag is not.

Thanks.

Just about to drop out of supercruise at a station only to be told to head to a new system. We had a contract, get somebody else to deliver your biowaste! We should at least have the choice to deliver as agreed or reap the financial benefits of the re-route.

Yes, re-routes should be optional and have an additional reward attached to them. And they should stop re-routing large ships to outposts.

So as a follow up to "annoying", here is the vid for the gal/sys map. And yes, I submitted a bug report. :)

NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN !

It's always going to be "we are listening to you" and tweaks .. that's about the best you can hope for.

Look at Power-Dead ;)

Yea, too bad PowerPlay was met with the same angry complainfest as every other change. That's not fact based discussion.

Look at "11 rolls for 38% G5 FSD improvement ... RNG IS TEH HORROR".
Ermmm.. they could have implemented a system capped at 25% max improvement (5% G1, 10% G2 .. and so on) and require 10x the mats, one of them only spawning at beagle's point. RNG removed - result is worse, effort is a lot worse. So is RNG the issue?
