The single most annoying thing currently in ED is.....

Trying to figure out what my overall Shield Resistances are with reinforced boosters applied. Also 3 rolls on a grade 5 FSD that are all worse than a grade 3.

Those annoying people complaining about things and posting bug reports that are not bugs, those people who don't take any effort to see any instructional videos and simply drown out the actual problems and actual bug reports being posted in these forums.
There, I said it.. now crucify me again. ;)

The single most annoying thing? The pointless whining in the forums about just literally EVERYTHING...
Luckily among the muck there's a few thread that actually make some sense.

The whiny freeloaders who can't be bothered to improve their skill but instead want Frontier to dumb the game down to a level their primitive psyche's can handle.

Everyone playing paid for their game. Some less than others, some way more than others.
So careful calling people names.

My current pet peeve:
RNG upon RNG. One level of RNG I can ok but multiple levels of RNG, to get one thing done? WTH!

Oh, and no storage. Have to include this in as I firmly believe this is very bad game design, in the sense that the design was not thought through.

Have fun, fly safe. o7

Trying to get pharmaceutical isolators.

Yup. Going on 24 hours of trying to find them across six different systems. Very clearly bugged right now - they cannot spawn in any system that's controlled by the federation or empire (you'll get core dynamics components or imperial shielding in rare encoded emissions USS there instead).

The one damned independent outbreak system I could find within 300 light years has a population of about 1500, which means you get one USS every 10 minutes, and there's no guarantee that it'll be encoded emissions.

my biggest gripe with ED: - the fact that I always run out of coffee before I run out of missions and things I want to get done before I can log off for a few minutes to make another.

That, and having to press "1" so often to find out how many jumps there are to my chosen destination.

That really is it for me, no sarcasm or flippancy intended. Sorry.

(not sorry)

The fact that real-life means I can't do all of the many things I want to do in Elite, and that I probably spend more time on the forums than in-game, sneakily catching up with all the science, RNGineers, exploration, CGs etc while begrudging the fact that if I spent less time on the Forum, and more time working, I would have more time in-game. But, hey, life, you know.

Critical mission update.....you have 0H 0M to deliver your stuff...14 times yesterday, 14 times, come on FD get it sorted. This has now reached dander level 9, and has become really irritating.

Please vent your frustration by posting your current number one.

Not being able to set waypoints in galaxymap.

Using VR it's annoying to plot a course to e.g. you're homesystem.
In the year 3302 it must be possible like any navigationsystem in 2016 to plot
waypoints and mostly, separated from your car, at home.
It would be a welcome addition to set waypoints in a sideways part of the game.

As for the mission stuff in game being slow, it's something we're checking into to get fixed.

As for general slowness, relax a bit - the game isn't meant to be a rush. :)

Just found this from another thread - you're joking, right? Why not just put in wait timers, then? Or is that the purpose of the terribly-optimized mission boards?

... waiting in supercruise. I love exploration, but the eventless, gameplay-void pure waiting to arrive at scan distance drives me nuts.

Trying to get pharmaceutical isolators.

If there's one thing more annoying that trying to get pharmaceutical isolators - it's someone telling you that they have loads of them.

Seriously I keep getting missions with pharmaceutical isolators rewards....

Now if I could only find some Improvised Components....
