Do you still have hair on your head? The point went over so fast I'd be surprised if you still had a scalp.

Stop with the "chill dude" no one here is phreaking out. We're all pointing out how absurd your responses are.

I only post assumptions? You've got that one backwards. Everything I've posted in fact based with evidence that backs it up. All you post is assumptions like "it is going to happen" "its promised in the works" etc. Nothing BUT assumptions and insinuations from you.

It's a trolling technique used to ruffle the feathers of whomever he uses it against. His argument contains zero logic it's been articulated to him why his point is invalid in a sensible (and very calm way as I read it)way.
Outsmarted and he's going to antagonize.

Assume you are dealing with a social mis fit ...expect nothing sensible in the way of a response..only baiting.

Bye Ban!!! *waves plesently*

Well, you're complaining that it is gonna be done instead of being already done. So you're complaining that development takes time.

Ok so then let me understand it. Then, the problem is that the features are not implemented instantly, right? Your complaint is that development takes time and it should be instantaneous, am i right?

Do you still have ear drums? The speed of the point going over what is left of your scalp certainly must have exploded them. The point is the VR, that HAS to be implemented in early development to be supported fully and it was also a main point for raising millions of dollars to fund what are clearly an incompetent individual's delusions.

Yes, VR should absolutely be one of the items developed early on because it doesn't work well if not AND it was the main point of raising millions of dollars. So, yeah, it needs to be implemented early so it can be tested. Again, millions of dollars for it.

So far you have failed to produce any evidence that it is in fact being done. As opposed to being promised. Like lots of things that get promised, but not delivered. Like the game. In 2014, 2015, 2016...

Oh, ok now i understand it. So your complaint is that your favourite feature isn't given top priority in the list.

Nope. In fact, let's short-curcuit the next couple of pages.

Any time you feel like asking “do I understand it if…” or saying “I understand”, the answer is no. This should save us some time.

He said that VR must be developed early. That is, in other words, top priority in the list.
Therefore, his complaint is that his favourite feature isnt given top priority in the list.

In the video the guy said that before implementing VR they had to do some stuff with implementing other features and renderer stuff because, if not, then they could have bugs with the VR. Or at least that's roughly what i understood. But hey, what do i know...

Nope. Clearly the point pierced what was left of your noggin.

I don't have VR, I've already said that.

So, want to try again? Maybe engage whatever is left of that melon?

I don't have VR, ergo it isn't a feature I care about. I won't be buying one for a few years, they aren't to the capability I will put money down for.

BUT, millions of dollars went to this. That was the reason for the project to get millions of dollars. MILLIONS OF DOLLARS. So yeah, it gets higher priority than your nonsensical rhetoric that only proved you truly don't grasp much of anything regarding game/software development.

No people are complainging and knowing that VR implementation is something you want do consider in the beginning of creating anything else. The UI head bobbling and stuff we have now is not suited for any kind of serious VR.
A VR support implies not getting motion sick in 5 minutes.

That means if they want to implement it later, they would have to complelty scrap any UI interactions NOW and rework them with a system a VR user wouldnt puke over his gaming rig.

ED started without any VR mention, in the alpha people asked for it and the devs wanted it too. So it didnt took long for VR to be implemented. The funny thing is the UI we have in the ship now isnt much different from before they considered VR.
That at the same time made way for Trackir useage.

So everything they made afterwards they considered VR. SRV driving? VR possible without getting to much sickness..atleast i dont hear anything about it.
The overhaul of the outfitting UI...VR & Xbox useable, thanks to the big buttons and big fonts.

SC wants to implement VR when? Or better said when do they want to start with it? The later the worst it gets. Its like trying to add a 3D filter on to a 2D movie. It is "3D" but its doesnt feel right in any way or is halfbacked. Halfbacked VR makes you sick.

It would be incredibly interesting to see a month or three of CR not getting million dollar funding - or very low amounts, like sub $300k USD. I would be very interested to see what would happen.

Ok so let me understand it. You're saying that, even if the VR playerbase is a very low percentage, most of the 120+ million crowfunded were donated by that small percentage of VR users?

So then those 120+ millions are not because of the Chris Roberts Sh*tizen religion, or because of the jpeg ships, or because of the Idris, or because the lies of Chris Roberts, and the blabbering, and all those reasons people were posting on this thread?

Per previous answer: nope. That's just something you're assuming. Again, stop putting words on other people's mouths. Stop with the incessant inane strawman rhetorics.

i quote what he said about VR:

I see he is stating that VR alone got them millions of dollars. No, even more: MILLIONS OF DOLLARS.
He almost implies that without VR Star Citizen would have failed its crowfunding campaign.

So you are implying that the stretchgoals have no part in the MVP? That would basically give you SQ45 if i remember correctly.

ADD:
And if we go by that he missed the mark by 2 years.
