In that case: 'neither'.
If I'm gonna vote for a word, my word is 'poontang'

It's an important clarification indeed. I confess I understood the first proposal
Then again, I honestly can't decide. I tried, really. Took a step back, thought about the way I play. I don't do that much PvP because I'm a loner and loners don't use wings (slogan for free here), but I enjoy it tremendously when I get into it. I always play in open, I enjoy player interactions, not only fights, and the game would not be the same for me should any of these elements disappear. But I tried to answer your question, I swear I tried![]()
Well, I guess if someone really enjoys both modes exactly the same, the poll is really not for them. I assumed that even if someone likes both playstyles - like I do - they'd still have a slight preference for one over the other, a slightly higher priority - also true in my case - without having to dismiss the other one as worthless.
After googling that word, I'm not sure how to interpret this.
Haha, yes probably not best to google it.
Better to interpret it as a film quote![]()
From what movie? Cause I'm pretty sure I haven't seen it.
Full Metal Jacket

I do understand what you're asking, but any preference I may have depends entirely on my mood. That the game can cater to my various and many mood-swings is part of what makes it great for me
You're right, the poll isn't really for me and I did state earlier that I wouldn't vote in it, but being a public forum I thought I should expand a bit on that and share my thoughts.
Oh, I've seen that one in BT
Still don't remember that quote![]()
In a multiplayer game there is only one choice: PVP.
"Do you want coffee or tea"
"Yes please"
(It's a Bolean thing, don't fight it...)
Then you don't understand the polarised views. Even the most ardent PvPer doesn't want npcs removed.
Examing the two extremes through a poll would look like this:
Stongly believe in PvP/PvE environment VS Strongly believe in PvE only environment
I think we can all agree that this forum has more PvE players than PvP players.
Really poor poll. I believe many players would fall in a "both" category.
Still would need a new category:
"Neither - they are equally important."
Because those who genuinely just want to "blow others to smithereens" (Not talking about player-pirates here), are not interested in competitive combat. They're interested in making someone elses' day a misery.
Has to be said it's starting to get to the proportions where it can no longer be dismissed as merely more PvEers on the forums.... that's approaching a 90% decisive line where it might be worth considering if future development plans are going to satisfy that demand.Wow, stopped by to see how the poll was progressing.
88.41% priority on PvE
that.. is.. impressive.
I had made a personal bet that it would be like 65 / 35 or something..
but 88 / 11 DAYAM!
