Cool interview with Marcin, CO founder of CD Project. :)

I just want to pop in here and say that W3 has also some incredible folk music, one of the best stuff I heard in gaming recently:

It's the voice acting that gets me. The quality never wavers throughout. Regional accents they hired were excellent. I've always said it with other games but the writing can be top class all it wants....skimp on the voice acting and it might as well be written by monkeys.

The music is top shelf stuff though also agreed.

Best game ever. Believable setting, awesome quests, crafting, character builds, compelling stories. Just wish there was a multiplayer variant so that I could share the experience. If you have not played this game, buy it yesterday and get every expansion.

This game deserves a monument, for real! I will be replaying the game soon on my pc, only played on ps4 so far. Are there any mod recommendations? Nothing outlandish, but i could appreciate some change to the combat mechanic if there are good mods. Also i dont mind graphics updates if they fit, i.e. no sexy stuff, the dresses are sexy enough.

Exactly the same boat! +1.
P.S using the PC opportunity to play W2 now..

I have said it multiple times in this thread, but I'll repeat - if you liked the setting and the world of The Witcher, read the books. They are brilliantly written, one of the best saga I have ever read! There are 2 books of short stories and then 5 books of The Witcher Saga, plus one extra short stories compilation "Season of Storms", which only came out a few years ago (by the same author). I have not read it, so not sure about this one, but all the rest are the "original" Witcher books and they are a fantastic read (literally and not).

God dammit CD Projekt, almost made me tear up a bit watching this

So many good times, I miss ya Geralt. Definitly gonna have to do a ultimate Witcher runthrough of reading all books again and then playing all the games again. Just need to find some 500 hours or so of free time somwhere :D

Can attest to this also. Great books. The game captures the witcher universe books really well also. Sapowski writes a good story that's for sure.

That vid was nice. It's weird; I played through Witcher 3 and both dlc's and it was all great, but I tried to start a new game+ and just wasn't feeling it. Maybe it will be like Red Dead Redemption, a game I also played the heck out of to completion, and have great memories of, but will never touch again.

Skimmed it a bit in the hope of getting some cyberpunk bits dropped in. Didn't find any. But the main content of it was excellent and the underlying positive in the series ending is that it's patently obvious how passionate these guys are for their work.

Will buy anything they make.

Danny O'Dwyer said in the very beginning that Cyberpunk wasn't something that was going to be discussed at all. CDPR was very keen on keeping it that way.
