Thanks for the update and the flexibility given the circumstances. I hope the Titan bug can get squashed now that it seems it's somewhat reproducable. Very much enjoying this whole event, the attack runs are fantastic in VR and I very highly recommend anyone with the requisite equipment not missing out for any reason. o7

If I were to stumble upon this in a parking lot somewhere I'd make a quick and quiet exit before the owner shows up
Now I'll have to consider taking my Raider kit off the Cobra, that does look good indeed!
After thought: Nope the Raider kit ain't coming off - I'll just have to buy another Cobra III instead!
I would settle for increased Combat rank gain. Like, a HUGE increase proportional to what we're up against here.

See the other two ranks? You can get up to Elite V.
Honestly, I really don't care anymore. There are absolutely NO bonuses to any role for reaching Elite. You get a ridiculous 2.5% discount, a decal, and bragging rights. That's it. Seriously, I get better rewards from my corner pizza place. OTOH, I am a completist. No matter how deep in the back on my head it's stored, unfinished stuff bothers me.
However, I think it would be a great incentive/opportunity for the low to mid-level player to get into Titan combat if they could gain extra combat rank for it. Just saying.
I think that's part of the feeling of triumph for the Cobra Mk3 kit/paint. Commanders, many of whom have visited Jameson's crash site for data scans and Know, have been taking down Titans not with weapons of mass destruction like Salvation intended, but with surgical strikes that allow for the grace of evacuating (both captured humans and for Thargoid ships to flee).
can i haz a caustic sink launcher and a Shutdown Field Neutraliser keybinding instead of a decal or boneyl ship

Possible that it just didn’t exist back in the day. Maybe Thargoids thought humans wouldn’t slip in to sneakily attack their mothership(s) in such a way.
A lesson that they appeared to have learned with the Titans. Of course, it was only a question of time before a countermeasure to those defensive barriers was devised.

If the pattern persists, I presume the remainder of the first 5 rewards will be the same exclusive carapace set, but for the Krait, Cutter, and Anaconda.
I'm most interested in seeing what the rewards will be beyond that.
