As I said, it would be a big promotional push for the film if the game included them day 1.

Sorry, but appearing in a few short trailers does not justify them being in the game. This game is released on June 12. It's only 10 more days before the movie is launched and the physical release is July 3rd. I am sure you can wait that long.
I'm not hyping myself up or trying to hype up anyone else about anything. I'm simply stating from my point of view, there is enough evidence against such a patch to make it unlikely. It would just make people angry for them to exclude them. And before anyone says anything, entitled I am not. This game is important to all of us for many reasons. My worry is that it is done right from the start and not spoiled or ruined by stupid or ill-planned decisions on anyone's part. I'm sorry, but to me, the new dinosaurs in the film except the Indoraptor are likely not going to play any pivotal roles. They have way too much competition from the likes of Rexy, Blue, and others in that department. Really, I would rather not discuss this patch rumor any further. I simply asked a reasonable question and only one person so far has proceeded to provide a reasonable, polite, and on-topic response. In other words, I'm sick of hearing about this alleged patch and I'm sick of people trying to push it as fact on others when nothing is written at this point by any official source.

And if they do not release then, what then? Are we supposed to stumble around in the dark with no news until Frontier or Universal decides to release their choke hold on any such information? Transparency is key to keeping trust, especially when the parties concerned do not actively speak to one another face-to-face.

There is still no way that there is going to be FK dinos In the initial release. There is Zero evidence that they will be I the game. We have seen the the 42 dinosaur roster and none of the fk dinos are in it. There is ton of evidence they will be added into the game. As for seeing them in the trailers we have seen more of the Indo Raptor than all the other new Dinos combined. So by your logic why wouldn't it be In release?
Exactly where have you seen this full roster? If you can provide a link or something, I would greatly appreciate it.
Forgive me for saying but I think you're way out of line here.
Maybe you have been living on another planet or something but Frontier has always been open to their community.
They don't have to reveal everything, it would spoil to much but they have always been open about what they wanted us to see.
The link I posted earlier suggests about FK dlc, they have also stated that they will keep supporting this game after release, that's more than fair to me.
As others have already said, we'll very likely get Baryonyx, Carnotaurus, and others in future DLC, probably around the time the movie hits theaters in the States.
So basically you want people to just come in here and agree with you that all the Dinosaurs that you want will be in the game on launch?

We have evidence that says otherwise. It's kind of hard to speculate that when we have evidence that says differently.

Never said anyone had to agree to anything. Simple question asked = head royally bitten off I suppose. Like I said, you are the one who mentioned the patch to start, not me. I don't care about any stupid patch. All I said was I don't agree with it if it is coming. I suppose June 12th will prove who is right. Frankly don't care, it's a game nothing more. You say you have evidence for, I say I have evidence against. Either way, neither of us is right until confirmation.
We've only seen an incomplete development build and one screenshot with not even the full list. And no, I'm not shouting. The problem is that I point there is evidence against such a thing and am being ignored at every turn. Also, once again, this was not supposed to be the topic of this post. But, it's fine. Obviously people are way too touchy about speculation or questions being posed, so I'll just quit while I'm behind.
Actually with the evidence we are more right than you are cause I am not the only one who believes we will get a JWFK DLC. Also no one bit your head off. You made a thread and we responded. You just don't like the responses and you are getting offended cause you aren't being told what you want to hear cause it's wrong.
Why did this have to turn into an argument? That was the farthest intention from my mind when I started this thread. And why are people so adamant about wanting such a thing? That's what gets me. Don't DLCs usually come a long while after the base game has been released? Like, on the order of several months to a year or more after? How does a DLC 10 days to less than a month after the release of a game make any sense?
No one is arguing and it turned into an argument it's because you made it that way. Also games come with DLC on release these days, so no.
But why? And if it's a free update or whatever, would it not make more sense to just add it in?
