Ships Type-10 Released!

it has a class 8 PP and a 7 FSD, but a 6 PD still.

interesting . The FSD means it will jump further. personally i think i would have prefered a class 7 PP and a class 7 PD, and that way given me an excuse to build a monster hull tank with tiny shields, but i guess if it is a thargoid hunter using missles and kinetic weapons then the PD is not so important.

kinda boring just a fat T9 with a stupid no sense making spoiler. Ok, its for trading, should be boring and boxy and a fat T9, but that spoiler? seriously.

...

No argument. It is silly. But it is no more silly than nearly every other designed space ship in ED, just more overt. If you start to get into the illogical aerodynamic design of the ships - ships that _all_ have a "glide mode"!!! Then we all have to bring into sharp relief the silly flight mode and speed limits that defy Newton and Einstein.

So - I long ago decided - it's just a game, I like the look of the ships, and some of the ships do look better with a spoiler in this silly unreality. I want to paint mine pink!

Dunno where your stats are from, but they are wrong.

3x medium
4x large
2x small

8x utility

8 PP
7 thruster
7 FSD
5 Life
6 PD
4 Sensor
6 Fuel

1x 8
1x 7
1x 6
1x 5
1x4
2x 3
1x 2
2x 5 military

It's...got the exact same thrusters and PD as the T9.

Assuming it actually has more internals, calling it that aside from a few people attempting to enjoy the novelty factor, the T10 ends up as a pure trade ship that almost never uses those hardpoints.

Not for thargoid fighting, which it has been especially made for.

Well, I don't wanna discuss the point of a heavily bad geometrical designed build of a overfat ship and it's purpose to fight thargoids from an engineering point of view. but sure if someone wants he can go bowling with a tetraeder.

Well I can overcome some of the stupidity, but this random lame boring standard car spoiler on a ship really ...

but maybe thats a tactic to sell ship parts later by adding ugly standards xD
