That's a great list. I would add the saiga antelope and the gaur but just with the ones you mentioned i would be happy. I think a lot of them are very likely to be added in future dlc.

I really would love to see Grevy's zebra, but it's a bit hard to justify outside of the context of a low effort/clone/reskin/whatever you want to call it pack. There's much more unique ungulates out there, even within the realm of equus. Still, I just love the thought of the tiny bit of personality they'd infuse into everyone's zoo when you get the choice of which zebra you want to use.
I'd love having a Grevy's zebra ingame. Maybe they could do one for the anniversary this year like they did with the black and white ruffed lemur.
Oh yes! We need more equids, like PRZW Horse, another zebZebra or a donkey, like Somalia Wild ass. After PRWZ Horse my favourite one is Grevy's zebra

Hey guys! Reviving this thread before our next update to say what/ if any ungulate do you think we’ll get in this upcoming pack based on where speculation is headed?
It's hard to say what ungulates could come now that the next pack is totally unknown. Maybe it'll be tropical and we get red river hogs, maybe it's aviaries and we're SoL

A South/Latin American animal pack's only plausible ungulates would be a peccary or pudu--both of which I'd like to see (since PZ's SA representation is so lackluster outside of the number of exhibit animals), preferably the Chacoan peccary and southern pudu. A more general rainforest pack (which, to be clear, is something I wouldn't really want, since it lessens the likelihood of a more focused return to South America, much less more fleshed-out African/Asian rainforest animals) could bring the red river hog, and the speculated Asia pack has obvious candidates like the Przewalski's horse, takin, and markhor, as well as possibilities like a muntjac, Pere David's deer, or musk deer. My personal top 10 ungulates I'd like to see, in no particular order:
1. Chacoan peccary
2. Red river hog
3. Przewalski's horse
4. Sichuan takin
5. Markhor
6. Roosevelt elk
7. Siberian musk deer
8. Chinese muntjac
9. Blackbuck
10. Nilgai

Caprids - you were right on the money when you said this group was lacking...it remains one of my biggest criticisms of PZ. I say we need a minimum of 2 more.

So we just got two very unexpected choices with the wild Asian water buffalo and the Nile lechwe! I’m so happy some lesser expected ungulates made it in!
This makes me some hope that the Kirks Dik Dik still has some chance with its place around 60.
I'm just happy that we've gotten a pack with more ungulates than carnivorans for once.
An entire animal pack with only one member of Carnivora, and one which isn't either a canid or felid at that. Amazing.
