Wow....just wow. My new ticket was just answered and resolved. Less than 30mins!! 12 mil back in my bank!
Thanks to the support guys looking into the lost credits/ship/cargo tickets! Much appreciated!
This is hugely important. Its is unfortunate it is overlooked.
I wonder what spec machines the Devs play on? They obviously don't get the stutter. Will the Xbox One get the stutter too?!
What category? Mine's been untouched for a month and I even had a video.
Being in Pakistan could well be the problem. If, as I suspect, the ED servers are in Europe, then you will be suffering from high latency. That is the time it actually takes for a packet of data to be transmitted from one computer to another. According to a Verizon web page, the latency between the UK and India (sorry, they don't list Pakistan) is 250ms, which is pretty high. Latency kills bandwidth.

Could you also please open the control panel on your PC; select 'Internet Options'. Select the 'Connections' tab, select 'LAN settings' and make sure "Automatically detect settings" is unticked.
Ever since I upgraded to this latest patch the game keeps crashing back to the load screen with can't connect to matchmaker server. I am getting really fed up with these dumps back to the choice screen.
Anyone else suffering like me?
With the new install of this update this morning 1.1.06, the debug camera is now offline? Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it no longer CTRL\ALT\Space? Please advise and thanks!!
Hi Michael,
What happens to people who have died a few times from this bug in expensive ships? Can you guys detect who has died from it?
Cheers
I had a previous ticket for this issue which was under |Technical Support, untouched since 23/2.
I closed off that one and opened one under Technical Support, Loss , Lost Ship category.
Can't remember the exact menu but you'll find it. Quote your previous ticket as well as date/time of the incident and open a new one. Close you old one of course so we don't spam these guys
