Being in Pakistan could well be the problem. If, as I suspect, the ED servers are in Europe, then you will be suffering from high latency. That is the time it actually takes for a packet of data to be transmitted from one computer to another. According to a Verizon web page, the latency between the UK and India (sorry, they don't list Pakistan) is 250ms, which is pretty high. Latency kills bandwidth.

this post was somewhat.. unexpected.. i laughed so hard the neighbours dog started barking.
I have a grade A ASP (all mods are grade A) with the military composite armor (approx 1.5M credits to replace). There has been many times that the game has frozen as I was entering a hub or fighting in an asteroid/rock/ice field and in that 2-6 seconds that my screen frozen it unfroze to show I had blown up. They are aware of this bug too, but they have already stated that there are no refunds whatsoever for loss of ship.
For the good of the game, and all the players, I'm prepared to gift my middle-of-the-road rig to FDev so they can get some additional info on stuttering...

Half the time the forums load at a snails pace or not at all...and the download speeds on the updates is ridiculous. I am getting 150kb/s... would be fine for small patches but all the patches are like re-downloading the entire game again.

Keep waiting. My ticket over a bug that made me explode in station while I was docked not even after 2 months is not viewed/responded.
Thank you Michael, I appreciate the directly reply. I'm unsure if anyone has advise you or your team but I am unable to submit a ticket. I suspect the ticketing system is not entering the date in an expected format as I keep getting the error in the attached screenshot. Account information erased for obvious reasons lol. I'll submit the ticket formally once the system allows me to.

Hi, have you tried creating and saving your own custom bindings? Some updates reset/modify the default custom ones.
I submitted a new ticket for Ship/Cargo loss as my previous one was probably under wrong category and would never be addressed.
I ran into the same issue when trying to use a date in the past (23/02/15). I opened it with today's date and clearly marked the previous ticket and date/time of the incident in the description.
Let's hope we see that 12mil again And let's hope we don't go boom again
