Just stay in contact with your support assistant, Tichro :) I'm afraid I can't do any more on this side. They will assist from here with more however they can.
Already informed them of still not being able to get into game, but now I have to go and do some real world stuff,,, yuck!
Anyway, thanks for your help, Sally, much appreciated.

Update 15 broke a fix from Update 4.

From Update 4 Fix List
"MapUI - POIs are now sorted alphabetically."

Please get this bug reversed.

Sally is just one person and whilst she does an amazing job trying to keep the communication between the community and those Devs in the back room . She can't and shouldn't respond to every single issue raised . Raise a ticket and then drum up the support ( at least 10 other commanders to vote ) and take your chances ?

I have submitted my report in the issue tracker, mirroring other Cmdrs experiences with the Cutters either weak thrusters, or shoddy repair jobs at most Space Stations.:sneaky:
Could you contact Jameson's Memorial please @sallymorganmoore, and politely ask the station CO if I can exchange my Cutter for a Panther Clipper?
If possible I would also like the ship painted in a nice floral pattern, failing that a nice tan and black tiger stripe would be wonderful. Cheers! (y)...😄

I second this. As the member of the Panther Clipper Gang, I'm also interested in purchasing one of the early limited edition runs.
 
1hour 15 minutes for a carrier jump is unacceptable!
over a month to get enough credits to buy a carrier is enough
Every time there's a major update gameplay gets destroyed!

Less than an hour to download Star Citizen - Great way to keep your customer base!

I've been in IT for over 40 years, so if you need help with scalability, let me know!
