I think Pi Mensae was always a bit of a problem. I had to check several of their stations before I found the one that offered the permit. Can't remember which one sorry.
It seems planet Lave 2 is permit locked now. There are a few stations on there. Does anyone know if it's a new lock or how to get the permit ?
Any info or news why Kamba requires a permit?
I've created a list of "regions" (not single systems!) of space that are permit locked on the Elite Dangerous Wiki in order to keep track of them all somewhere other than this forum page. If you find a permit locked region of space, feel free to add to the list, as people are still finding new regions that are locked, especially after the Engineers update. Thanks!

see this post in this very thread: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showt...-Permit-List?p=4027437&viewfull=1#post4027437
from the galnet article I'd assume you either need to get allied with the three mentioned factions, with one of them, or with the imperial customers?
maybe somebody who has read "lave revolution" knows more?
Today i got Isinor permit from Anotchadiae System where isinor faction owns station.I sell near 5Mil exploration data and got instant ally rep. and permit was given without an issue.
I've been working towards the Isinor-permit for a week, the Chapter of Isinor will only give two or three missions at a time, regardless of your reputation with them. I find their religiosity and lack of work repugnant. *sigh*
Thanks. I have been forgetting Isinor. I've got a little data to sell, so I might pop over. With exploration data you can do it prety fast. With 200-300k data you can get cordinal and that is a lot of time in mission saver. After that you can get better missions.
It is an unfortunate side effect of how the more remote systems become smuggling havens. In a way it makes sense, as the further away from civilisation the more lawless. But there should be an exception with bases that are put there for scientific purposes. The absence of Sirius from Ceos is still causing problems for pilots attempting to run missions from Sothis to Ceos. I suspect it's a bug, rather than an intended result of the BGS.
