I'm curious as to which graphics card you to drive all of those screens (32 inch each?).
The ASUS PB287Q are 28" 4k monitors for a 'total' of 84"
I'm using the Zotac's AMP Extreme 1080Ti overclocked card to drive them (I'm not adding any OC, just straight out of the bag)... I can play elite dangerous at 11k when I use 0.75 subsample... The high resolution means I don't need AA which helps. AA, Blur and FOV are all off... I have turned planetary blending down a notch but everything is running smoothly at 60Hz... I get occasional planetary slowdowns to about 50~55 hz when playing in open on a planet's surface... Not sure if that's graphics related, though because it doesn't happen in Solo.
When NVIDIA made the 1080 and the Ti version, they truly made a beast of a card!
One of the iPads is connected using a program called Duet. The other iPad is independent.
I am pretty happy with my three monitors, tho.

Three is a good number. Better than two.
