Dude I totally agree now.Yep, its just a video game and a reality check is sometimes required.
One of the reasons I think demands for extra realism in games are misguided. Running over a medpack doesn't cure gunshot wounds, it just stubs your toe and gets you yelled at by a very angry medic.
It. Is. Just. A. Game.
I'm well aware of the degree of hypocrisy I display in saying this, given my prior, well, obsession, over this game.
But it's just a game. I'm done taking it seriously now.
Everyone else is free to squabble over pixels of course. Most of my gaming is now D&D which is a genuine social experience where the game is secondary.
