Cephei Sector ZZ-Y b3 can be reached safely without hyperdictions and expeditions into the Mealstrom Oya can be launched from here.
In honour of the Squadron "Stellanebula Project" and all the Commanders involved in the recapture, and as a memorial to humanity's bravery, the Fleet Carrier [SNPX] Oya Island has been commissioned and will serve as a permanent base in Cephei Sector ZZ-Y b3 for the continued war against the Thargoids.
The [SNPX] Oya Island will not leave the Cephei Sector ZZ-Y b3 system as long as the Thargoid war continues. So ships can be stationed there by any commander (e.g. special Maelstrom ships).
