Race thread for Pareco is up - if you want to train your manual docking proficiency.
If you want a multipurpose ship the Python is indeed an excellent choice! Do you use it as an armed trader, or a bounty hunter with lots of limpets to collect mats?My currently most used ship is a Python, i named Nebucadnezar, like the Babylonian king. coriolis link.
I am still working on it, changing the internals for the tasks at hand, and engineering it, feel free to comment.
Good choice.but i want those pacifiers
Emulsion would be more eco friendly but a nice lead based gloss might be more long lasting.may need to do some painting after this journey --heading towards rohini
And that might just work out as more eco friendly in the long run... still matte black is my favourite colour... tough choice ;pEmulsion would be more eco friendly but a nice lead based gloss might be more long lasting.
You're in good company! A lot of us played the original game and I, for one, am certainly feeling the onset of crustynessJust an introduction;
I own Elite since kickstarter, but i didn't have much time for it, i mostly did some tutorial missions, the learning curve is quite steep.
I also played the original game and it's successors. (yes, i am that old).
I think I'd opt for the rattle can paint job, makes you look like a desperado, maybe get a gold front tooth to go with it.may need to do some painting after this journey --heading towards rohini
That seems to be the default for Powerplay! Most folks just do it for the modules.I don't really like the guy, but i want those pacifiers.
That guy is all over the Bubble...Spotted: the dodgiest-looking bloke in the bubble?
I swear it's a dadd gaem!You're in good company! A lot of us played the original game and I, for one, am certainly feeling the onset of crustyness
Welcome to the thread!
(And back to the game for granddads).
I got the game in late 2014 having been in the Kickstarter. I didn't do more than the "barrel shooting" first tutorial (now long gone) and left it until the start of 2016 to really get into the game. After that, there was no looking back - but I am glad the game is now much better developed.Just an introduction;

Only this year i was able to spend some more time in it, and i am really enjoying it.
Interesting techniques! Love it!Recent field test of new Maverick V "Warrior" suit, part 1: Scavengers :]

Interesting techniques! Love it!
Have you tried that methodology in a high CZ and, if so, how did you get on?
Interesting.Thanks! glad you enjoyed that
...not yet, though I took the Artemis "Assassin" into a few CZ's before - that's the suit this one is based on, with the same mods. I've also taken this Maverick out for a few settlement raids and takedowns ...guess I need to do a more serious field test in a CZ next! ;]
Interesting.
I've never used anything other than a Dom for all my shooty stuff. If there's scavs at a power on, and if I'm not nuking them from orbit due to laziness, I have an "assassin" type Dom build. Only after an ELE for scavs will I switch to a Mav.
My go-to for weapon schematics are larceny missions. Those containers (a.k.a. irregular markers) are always good for a few.stopping of for a while at cb22- station
found a lovely spot to get weapon schematics from.slight problem with the other poi there, it has a crashed skimmer, you can't accoess the panel.along with the srv back panels you can't access too.View attachment 364651
