Download seems to have worked. Now just waiting for servers.

Yeah, I get a server error at various stages of loading up the game. Fortunately Steam automatically downloaded the update so it was mostly done when I got to the computer. I don't have automatic updates turned on but maybe pre-ordered games work differently.
I see other people are actually playing but I'll probably just wait until the launcher gives me the green light. No big rush.

Wonderful. I can't get in game at all again. I'm getting Taupe Cobra and Orange Sidewinder error codes. Got dropped while in FSD between systems and now.... grumbles.
Servers are a bit unstable it seems. I logged out and can't log back in as well. We'll just have to be patient while it settles.
