ThanksI love how this Building looks on the Inside. Which Animal will live in it? I assume Seals or Flamingos?

If we don't get Mountain Lions, you could also use it as a Jaguar Enclosure because they do live in Arizona (don't know about other US States)Created a cougar exhibit and filled it with spotless cheetahs.
I think they might look a bit funny in the snow (but then again, so does the cassowary I'm using as a Canada goose substitute). If we don't get Mountain Lions, you could also use it as a Jaguar Enclosure because they do live in Arizona (don't know about other US States)

This looks really awesome. I just wish they would give the Animals proper Hitboxes again because awesome Stuff like this might not be suitable due to those LimitationsBring me the prairie dogs!
So happy we are seeing more and more small animals, they are a pleasure to build forView attachment 264227
I'm pausing Golding because I currently can't be bothered with an african area and are working on the new zoo Wingburg now. Still have some rawr buildings I want to make nice before the pack drops and I'll start the sea lion enclousre. Will maybe switch the african penguins with the seals. And I might also jump into Murmeldorf and clean up there a bit, to add a lot of the other NA animals sooner than I will in my other zoos.I'm trying to decide what if any zoos I'm going to start expanding on for North America. I wish we knew more about the size of habitats the species require. We can infer, but just in case. the smaller circles I've been using should be fine for 3, maybe 4 of the habitat animals (not sure on the Cougar, but probably), the Moose is going to get an absolutely humongous enclosure, and I'm not sure I'll be using the Sea Lion or Alligator in the zoo I'm thinking this all out for. At least, not yet. Honestly, the Alligator hold the least interest in the pack for me, so while I know I'll use it somewhere, it'll probably just be at random.
What's everyone else doing? Are you preparing new areas of your zoos or holding off? Or just playing we have been, with whatever suits you for that play session?
Are you doing this in a scenario map or did you terraform it? In cas it is a scenario map, which is it?I made some progress in the "Wiesenthal Zoo".
Last week I made this restaurant. Actually nothing special. But I like it. There is also a platform with seating from which you have a nice view of the canal and can see the other side.
In addition, an elevated railway and 2 new enclosures have been created.
Originally I had planned something else at this point, I had already started to build, but I didn't like it, so I tore it down again. Then, spontaneously, I had the idea of the elevated railway, which should go over the canal and roam different enclosures. Actually, it was supposed to be a kind of jungle trip, but then I decided against it because I don't sort the animals in this zoo by biome, but simply according to my mood.
Here are the 2 new enclosures for Gemsbock and Pronghorns.

The gabion wall is not mine, I discovered it a few days ago in the workshop
I have to see if I can get the monorail handled. This is my first transport ride, that I am building. So it can be good that I'll whine to you for some help with it.
And like always:
(it fills up slowly)
For the gap between the penguin and the arctic wolf enclosure, I'll wait and see what's in the new DLC.

It's a sandbox map. I've prepared it and set a framework. When I was satisfied so far, I set the conditions (money and cc) and here it is, sandbox with challengeAre you doing this in a scenario map or did you terraform it? In cas it is a scenario map, which is it?
That's absolutely amazingThe Dry Lands got a little less dry I guess.
I keep doing changes to this habitat, but it is getting better and better and bigger and bigger.
That newly build rock wall was calling for a waterfall, so I had to make it work even though I have very little experience with making those. I have to be satisfied with it now, because I have no idea how I can find all those tiny water effect things again.
Also added a viewing platform to the right. Somewhere around that hill in the back I will build something for cougars.

Not yet, but I think I might make one soonDo you have a Thread for this Zoo?
Its nothing to rare to show them of in an alaska section. My favorite zoo, the zoom zoo gelsenkirchen in germany does exactly that in there alaskan adventure, where the cali sealions are right next to the polarbears. And it looks great!Looks great! @SalamAnders
I do not play PZ at the moment but today I thought about a justification to bring in a few more animals from the North American DLC into my Arctic section without changing the concept of it and making a full NA section out of it (which I don't want). The foxes are not the problem and I think moose are also fine in an Arctic section, they are at least sub-Arctic. But for the rest it's more difficult. Maybe I can choose the sea lions as well without totally loosing the concept. I mean there are sea lions which migrate into Alaskan waters from time to time. And the beaver may work as well. But I guess there isn't a place for the other animals in my zoo yet.
Just thinking out loud.
