I was rebuilding a section in my sandbox zoo when my female snow leopard decided to teleport on the roof of her shelter. Could she get down? No. Did she have fun? No, did she have a nice view? probably
No lol, I just moved her manually, those rocks you see are a part of her shelter. However, I did get a little bit worried that she would be able to get up there again so I added some mech fences on the shelter and moved some rocks: This is what the enclosure looks like now:Did you put those rocks there so she can get down? haha
It's indeed the terrain collision setting. But how did you get the wallow in the water without obstruction? Mod? Or is it the terrain collision setting?
You're not alone there. My mum's enjoyment of the game is hampered by the path creation. It never quite does what she wants it to do. Rofl. But she perseveres so she can watch the animals now and then.I hate the path tool. That's all.
It also appears that, although you can't see the range it covers, there is a limit to the area of influence, so bear that in mind. After all this time .. I found out that the Be Quiet and No Feeding signs are functional and not just display pieces .. finally I have a chance at making pretty habitats without upsetting the shy animals.
Working on my A zoo again and thought I would try with a walkthrough aardvark habitat .. and it appears to be working. Checked the volume of chatter by the vendors compared to inside the aardvark habitat and there is a stark difference.
You can see their range using the heatmaps on the security tabIt also appears that, although you can't see the range it covers, there is a limit to the area of influence, so bear that in mind.
Cool, didn't think of that. Thanks. You can see their range using the heatmaps on the security tab

I built a barnyard section, and Pandabear is my new favorite goat.
